MONDAY ANNOUNCEMENTS

 

 

 

Drivers Ed (St. Pierre; 5/13)

The 5th and final session this school year for Driver's Ed starts Tuesday May 28th at 8AM to Noon. Cost is $210 dollars. You need a valid driver’s license, permit and student ID. You need to register at the Moon Valley bookstore by May23. 

HOLT (5/7- 5/17)

PANORAMIC PICTURES:

SENIORS:  Did you miss purchasing a Panoramic Picture, they are still available in the bookstore for $18.

Badminton (Barton; 5/9- 5/15)

Lady Patriots interested in playing badminton next year, there will be a short informational meeting this coming Wednesday about how to get cleared and what you need for next year. Try something new, and come check out badminton.

BOOKSTORE (Holt; 5/ 10- 5/22)

As of May 1st we no longer accept checks, and you cannot charge to your accounts.

STUCO (Marshall; 5/13)

Everybody love Barbeque and Shane’s Rib Shack will be here every Monday to bring you their tasty barbeque. You have the option to purchase a shredded barbeque sandwich or buffalo chicken strips with chips for $5.00.

Cross Country (Hermann; 5/13- 5/14)

There will be a meeting in coach Hermann’s room 116 in the science building at 2:45 on Tuesday the 14th, for all those interested in running cross country next year. We will discuss running over the summer, dates for preseason practice, and plans and goals for the 2019 season. Cross country is a great way to get in shape for winter and spring sports, so bring a friend and we will see you at the meeting.

Art Show Ribbon Winners (Cramer; 5/13)

The Student Art Show ribbon winners are posted around the stairwells, upstairs and down. Take a look at the posted list featuring this year’s winners. Congratulations to you all!

The Visual Arts Department wants to thank all faculty and students for your participation on Friday and the respectful behavior that was demonstrated.

We hope you all enjoyed the show!

Yearbook (Marshall; 5/13)

Chance to win Khalid concert tickets. Buy your yearbook between now and May 17th and be entered into a drawing for 2 tickets to see Khalid. Yearbooks are on sale now for $65 in the bookstore!

Choir Pops Concert (Merrill; 5/13)

Please join the Patriot Choirs in their last show of the year, tomorrow night in the PAC. The Pops concert theme is “Songs that define generations” and will include hits from the 50s, 60s, 70s, and 80s. The choirs are performing favorites such as “Bohemian Rhapsody” and “Don’t Stop Believin’.” There are also many student solos and small groups. Tickets are only $3 and include an ice cream cone or sandwich before the show! Join us at 6 PM for your frozen treat and at 7 for the concert.

The swim and dive team will be holding a summer program for swimming techniques, strength training and endurance conditioning.  The cost will be only $20, and you get a t-shirt.  This program will be open to all students enrolled to attend IHS next year.  Please stop by coach Hallum's room for information.

Elevate I.H.S. (Foster, Bolton, Pace; 5/14)

Elevate is presenting Raise the Roof Celebration after school at 2:45 on Wednesday in the Mini-auditorium for anyone that wants to join us for fellowship, food, and fun times.  ALL current Elevate I.H.S. Christian Fellowship Club members please come and bring a friend along.  Look forward to seeing you there and remember that U R Loved!

The swim and dive team will be holding a summer program for swimming techniques, strength training and endurance conditioning.  The cost will be only $20, and you get a t-shirt.  This program will be open to all students enrolled to attend IHS next year.  Please stop by coach Hallum's room for information.

Elevate I.H.S. (Surge) Christian Fellowship Club will gather TOMORROW, Wednesday after school at a special time, 2:45 pm in the “Mini-mall” downstairs outside the Mini-auditorium to gather and begin our  “End-of-the-Year” Celebration!  

There will be FREE food and drinks available while supplies last so join us for fellowship and fun times to end the school year STRONG!  ALL current Elevate I.H.S. Christian Fellowship Club members please come and bring a friend along.  Look forward to seeing you there and remember that U R Loved!
