MONDAY ANNOUNCEMENTS

 

Career Center/ Counseling (Trezza, A.Moore; 02/25-03/13)

If you have decided where you will be attending college, please let Ms. Moore know in the Career Center. Also, please visit the Career Center and print out any scholarship and/or financial aid information you receive in your college accounts! By giving us this information, it ensures that you may be recognized at our Evening of Excellence awards night in May.

Bookstore (Holt; 02/25-04/12)

Prom Tickets will be going on sale and if you have more than a $6.00 fine on your account, you WILL NOT be able to purchase the tickets until all the BOOKS, MONEY OR ITEMS ARE returned.  REMEMBER you must have your ID to purchase the ticket.  If you have any questions, just come to the bookstore.

Attendance (Harms; 02/25-04/11)

Prom Guest forms are now available in the Attendance Office.  You must purchase your ticket and guest ticket at the same time. They are due back by Friday, April 3rd NO EXCEPTIONS.  Must have Passing Grade to be approved.

English 5-6 (Cunningham; 03/05- 03/11)

Attention all Juniors taking Enlish 5-6.  Order your copy of The Great Gatsby from the bookstore before March 12.  After that, orders will be placed, and it will be too late.  You will need the book for when you get back from Spring Break.

Spring Concert (Merrill; 03/06- 03/10)

The Spring Choir Concert is Tuesday, March 10th at 7:00 pm in the PAC. The theme is “Home is Where the Heart Is” and it is Senior Night. No tickets will be sold at the door. Please purchase tickets from Ms. Merrill or a choir member. They are $3.00. We look forward to honoring our seniors!

Shane’s Rib Shack (Marshall; 03/09)

Everybody loves Barbeque and Shane’s Rib Shack will be here every Monday to bring you’re their tasty barbeque. You will have the option to purchase a shredded barbeque sandwich or buffalo chicken strips for $5.00.

Cheer (Rubio; 03/09- 03/12)

There will be a mandatory informational meeting for all those interested in trying out for cheer for the 2020-2021 school year. The meeting will be Thursday after school in the mini auditorium at 2:45. Tryout applications will be passed out at the meeting. Hope to see you there!

Theatre (Farson; 03/09-03/13)

Looking for some entertainment after school? Well join your Patriot Performers on Friday 3/13/2020 in the PAC for a one act play performed by the students in advanced theatre. The play is called Tracks and it focuses on the lives and the choices of 10 people who have found themselves mysteriously stuck in a subway station, unsure of where their destinies will take them. Forcing these strangers to confront their mistakes and reflect on their lives. Admission is Free and the show starts at 3:30pm. So come out and support your fellow Patriots.

Swim (Hallum; 03/10- 03/11)

Are you interested in getting in great shape and having fun at the same time?  You’re in luck.  We have a swim and dive team and they are having a meeting this Wednesday at 2:40 in Coach Hallum's room R-25.  We will be discussing the upcoming spring and summer swim programs. A non-impact, complete body workout that will help you tone and increase stamina.  This sounds like something you should look in to. Tomorrow at 2:40 in Coach Hallum's room R-25

Ladies and gentlemen, today there will be a home Boys Volleyball match at 4:30 in the main gym. Come out and support your boys and watch them play. Cheer them on to victory. The cost is FREE.

Patriot Hut (Munoz; 03/11)

Did you forget your BFF’s birthday?  Never fear! Now you can get mylar Happy Birthday balloons or regular balloon bouquets at The Patriot Hut.  They also have Patriot keychains, school supplies, paracord bracelets; if you haven’t been by in awhile, go check out all the new Patriots Merch.  They’re open during both lunches and after school until 3:00pm. Stop by; they’re at the bottom of the hill across from the PAC.

Elevate HIS (Bolton, Foster, Pace; 03/11)

Again, the Young Environmentalist’s Club & Jr. ROTC recycling partners would like to invite you to join them after school TOMORROW (3/11) / TODAY (3/12) at 2:45 pm in Room G-11.  ALL current Young Environmentalist’s & Jr. ROTC volunteers NEED to come in order to get some extremely EASY community service hours helping “Recycle” our beautiful Patriot Nation. No experience necessary!
