Fernando Avila has been accepted to the Naval Academy Preparatory School (NAPS) in Newport, Rhode Island. He will be attending a school-year-long course of intensive math, science, and English instruction. Upon successful completion of this instruction, he will attend the U.S. Naval Academy. We are all proud of him and this significant accomplishment.
