Hello My Name Is...

Mrs. Lovell

I have a Bachelor's degree in History and a Master's degree in Educational Leadership from Northern Arizona University.  I also hold a Master's degree in Educational Technology from Arizona State University.

During my career with the Glendale Union High School District, I have taught World History, U.S. History, Government/Economics, Leadership (Student Council).  This is my 10th year in the district.

This year I have five classes of Government/Economics. 

I am very excited to working with the students of Independence High School!

My Personal Mission Statement

As an educator, I am challenged to provide my students with the opportunity to go beyond what they believe they can accomplish, to reach higher, and achieve success on his or her personal level.

It is my duty and responsibility to treat all students fairly.

I will challenge my students to be the best people that they can be and assume their role as active members of a larger society.
